What we can help with
- A number or a statement in a guide that looks wrong
- A section that is unclear and could be explained better
- Questions about how a worked example was calculated
- Requests concerning your personal data, as described in the privacy policy
What we cannot help with
We cannot interpret an individual report, comment on a specific laboratory or scheme, or advise on an accreditation matter. The scheme provider or the accreditation body concerned is the right place for those questions.

Messages are read on working days. Corrections are handled first.
